As members of the in-house marketing team, we had the crucial duty of producing photos and videos, as well as overseeing campaigns on prominent social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
1. PUTTING THE IDEAS IN ORDER
When I started my internship, it quickly became clear that there was no established methodology for producing and publishing content, leading to excessive meetings and confusion about task assignments.
Actions
- I suggested to the team to implement a monthly content calendar for a clearer process and better organization to produce photos/videos, design the visuals, write copy, and make any necessary changes.
- I also recommended categorizing the social media content to create a variety of posts, such as:
- Educational (automotive tips and car financing advices)
- Inspirational (shout-outs to the sales/service teams, sucessful customer stories, others)
